ORGANS
The bodies of the Grouping are:
1) Assembly
2) Director
3) Management Board
ASSEMBLY
The Assembly is the highest body of the Grouping.
The Assembly consists of 12 members – representatives of all members of the Grouping and is the highest authority appointed to adopt resolutions on matters falling within its competence.
DIRECTOR
The Director is the statutory executive body of the Grouping
The Director represents the Grouping externally and acts in its name and on its behalf.
MANAGEMENT
The Management Board is the body of the Grouping that adopts resolutions on matters not reserved for the General Assembly.
The Board consists of four members, two of whom are elected by the Polish members of the Group and two by the Lithuanian members of the Group. The work of the Board is led by the President, elected alternately from among the Polish and Lithuanian members of the Board.
